Responsibilities

I am the founder and owner of TPG Communications.  I started the company in 2002 as "The Phone Guy" and grew TPG into the full fledged business communication and technolgy provider it is today.  I handle all intial on site inspections and estimates for new prospects.  Then I develop a custom plan that goes over what technology the clients needs and outlines a blueprint on the installation of the technology.  I also train the clients to make sure they understand how to use the technology that was installed.  I also handle the complex maintenance issues for current clients.  I direct TPG's technicians to certain job sites to handle whatever the client needs.  I also do most of the computer hardware/software, telephone system, and server customization, fixing, and design at the TPG office.

Responsibilities

I am in charge of the Sales & Marketiong team for TPG.  Our team discovers opportunities to develop prospects into TPG clients by setting up sales consults with leads that are uncovered by our Sales team.  I am also in charge of all of TPG's advertising and marketing campaigns as well as the day to day business operations of the corporation.
